This interactive workshop, led by award-winning Producer and Impact Producer Tamarra Campbell, is designed to help emerging filmmakers make the shift from creating as a hobby to building a viable career in the film industry.

Drawing from more than a decade of experience and a portfolio of films distributed on Apple TV, BET+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more, Tamarra will break down the real-world strategies filmmakers need to move their projects—and careers—forward. Participants will explore how to identify funding opportunities, increase the visibility and marketability of their work, navigate distribution, and position their films to reach buyers and audiences.

The session will also put collaboration into practice, giving participants opportunities to connect, pitch, and explore how strategic partnerships can strengthen their projects and expand their reach. The experience concludes with each participant developing a personalized, step-by-step action plan for their next narrative project.
