THE LEADER WHO LEARNED TO SURVIVE

The way we learned to survive can shape the way we lead long after childhood has ended. Through a guided, activity-based experience, participants will explore how patterns like over-functioning, control, urgency, people-pleasing, and emotional shutdown show up in their leadership while learning practical tools for building internal safety, emotional regulation, and greater self-awareness. The session concludes with each participant creating a personal leadership declaration—identifying what they’re ready to release, what they want to reclaim, and how they choose to lead moving forward.
